As soon as I saw Carmi’s challenge for this week, I knew exactly what photo I wanted to use.

I bet most folks couldn’t identify this. It’s handpainted cotton chenille on my warping board, preparing it for weaving.

Wonderful choice for Carmi’s challenge! Great angle. Can’t get over that color So vibrant.
Very good snap, Peg! And quite appropriate for Carmi’s theme.
Gorgeous and creative shot for this theme!!
I love it
Beautiful!
Have a great friday.

Beautiful! And I love the color.
You are correct – I would not have been able to identify it. I thought some kind of fabric on a loom of some sort — but I wasn’t sure if it was a piece of art, or what! It’s beautiful! And perfect for the theme!
Quite different from my contribution! I think I had an idea of what it was, but not the detailed description.
This photo looks like it could be in a NYC gallery! Maybe you should add photography to your many professional endeavors?
It looks like an abstract painting. Love it! Love it! Love it!

I agree with Margaret. You should take up photography. It looks like a photo from an I Spy book.
It’s all about color and you captured it! Enter the photo in a contest.
That’s not string! It’s handmade cappellini waiting to dry.
You can’t fool me.
