Privacy and Returns


I put a high price on privacy, both yours and my own. My privacy policy is very simple. I will not sell, rent, loan, trade or otherwise share any information that you give me to anyone not directly involved in the sale and delivery of your purchase. Period.

When you make an online purchase, I will gather information essential to processing your order: your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number. When you pay via PayPal I never see your credit card or bank information. If you prefer to pay via credit card, I will gather that information from you and store it only long enough to process your order.

Guarantee and Returns

I love happy customers! You are my best advertising, and I want you to be delighted with your purchase.

Therefore, I provide a 3-month unconditional guarantee on my handwoven items. If, during the first three months after purchase, the item does not not look or perform as you expected, I will provide you with either replacement or refund.

My return policy is my guarantee – I will happily refund your full purchase price (less insurance and shipping), if you return it to me within 3 months of purchase. I do not charge any restocking or other fees for your return. I do not cover the cost of return shipping or insurance.
