For reasons that are a bit complicated, my darling grandson had not one, but two homemade Halloween costumes this year.
The first was whipped up in just a few hours…he was a self-named super hero.
The more complex costume took weeks of planning and many hours to actually make…paper mache, paint, and lots of fitting needed to be a credible Mike Wazowski (from Monsters, Inc. for those of you without young children).
Pretty impressive, huh? His mom’s a genius. Of course, she’s my daughter. 😉
