I was torn between a few pictures, and finally settled on this.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-478\" title=\"big-rocks\" src=\"https:\/\/secondwindjewelry.com\/jewelry-weaving-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/peg-dixie-in-cravass.jpg\" alt=\"big-rocks\" width=\"338\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/secondwindjewelry.com\/jewelry-weaving-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/peg-dixie-in-cravass.jpg 338w, https:\/\/secondwindjewelry.com\/jewelry-weaving-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/peg-dixie-in-cravass-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 338px) 100vw, 338px\" \/><br \/>\nMy son, his bloodhound Dixie, my friend <a href=\"http:\/\/thesixchix.com\/?p=821\" target= \"_blank\">Margaret<\/a>, and I visited this very cool geologic phenomenon near me last summer, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rockcitypark.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Rock City<\/a>.  We didn&#8217;t have quite as long as we would have liked there because a thunderstorm kicked up, but we all enjoyed it nonetheless.<\/p>\n<p>Although it doesn&#8217;t have as many boulders as Rock City, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pfeiffernaturecenter.org\" target= \"_blank\">Pfeiffer Nature Center<\/a> has their own mini geologic display to check out.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This week&#8217;s photo challenge from Carmi is big.
