On the one hand, the weather is so gorgeous it must be enjoyed.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, it doesn&#8217;t bode well for the coming summer.  <\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m doing my best to just enjoy each day and not think too much about the future.<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday I brought in my first cut flowers from my garden.  <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/secondwindjewelry.com\/jewelry-weaving-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/lenten-rose.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/secondwindjewelry.com\/jewelry-weaving-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/lenten-rose.jpg\" alt=\"lenten rose and lungwort bouquet\" title=\"lenten-rose-and-lungwort\" width=\"338\" height=\"450\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3541\" srcset=\"https:\/\/secondwindjewelry.com\/jewelry-weaving-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/lenten-rose.jpg 338w, https:\/\/secondwindjewelry.com\/jewelry-weaving-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/lenten-rose-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/secondwindjewelry.com\/jewelry-weaving-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/lenten-rose-112x150.jpg 112w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 338px) 100vw, 338px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nThe tall flowers are hellebores, most commonly called either Christmas Rose or Lenten Rose.  It&#8217;s not uncommon that these flowers will bloom with snow on the ground, so they&#8217;re not particularly early. They do not last well as cut flowers, but their colors are so beautiful, I couldn&#8217;t help myself.
