Shows

In addition to web sales, I sell my work through art shows and personal contacts. In fact, my website contains only a small fraction of my weaving; all one-of-a-kind pieces, new designs, and lots more are available at my shows. You can also stay current with what I'm weaving now on my blog.

Here's where you can find me out in public in 2014.

Add me to your email list and notify me about your shows!

Snowman Group
St. Phillips Church Hall, Belmont, NY
Friday, May 9, 10 am - 4 pm
Saturday, May 10, 10 am - 4 pm

I'll once again be showing with my local artisan friends: Kristen Vossler-Wigent & Meredith Childson (Green Circle Grove), Margaret Shulock (Sticks), Joan Sinclair (Times of Your Life Needlework), Elaine Hardman (Stoneflower Pottery), and Bob Chaffee (Carvings by Chaffee).

This is 1 of the 2 shows in 2014 where I'll have both weaving and jewelry.

Community Weaving Project
Colonial Library, Richburg, NY
Thursday, June 26, 5-7 pm

I was awarded a grant to be an Artist in the Community! We'll have 3 concerts, in 3 different musical genres, and encourage people to weave at each. The first concert is a string quartet. After all 3 concerts I'll make the weaving into banners to hang in front of the Library, along with squares woven by 3rd, 4th, & 5th graders during art class.

Roycroft Summer Festival
Parkdale Elementary School, East Aurora, NY
Saturday, June 28, 10 am - 5 pm
Sunday, June 29, 11 am - 5 pm

The Roycroft has been known for high quality craftsmanship for generations. I am honored to be a Roycroft Renaissance Artisan since 2011. The Summer Festival is a great way to see what we've all be working on over the winter months.

Community Weaving Project
Colonial Library, Richburg, NY
Thursday, July 10, 5-7 pm

This is the 2nd concert and weaving project; this concert is old-time rock & roll. Will the music impact the colors & fibers people choose for their weaving?

Community Weaving Project
Colonial Library, Richburg, NY
Thursday, August 7, 5-7 pm

This is the 3rd concert and weaving project, the evening's music provided by the Olean African Drum Quartet. What kind of weaving will their deep, moving sound inspire?

Chautauqua Crafts Alliance
Chautauqua Institute, Chautauqua, NY
Friday, & Saturday, August 8 & 9, 10:30 am - 5 pm
Sunday, August 10, 12 pm - 5 pm

The Chatauqua Institute has a centuries-long tradition of stimulating minds, great company, and amazing creativity. I'll be on hand with my weaving this year. Remember - Sunday is free day at Chatauqua; there's no entry fee for you to enjoy everything the Institute has to offer.

Elmwood Avenue Festival of the Arts
Buffalo, NY
Saturday, August 23, 10 am - 6 pm
Sunday, August 24, 11 am - 5 pm

I love returning to Buffalo, the city where I spent most of my childhood. Buffalo is home to a great art scene, and area residents and visitors come out in large numbers for this grat show. I'll be there with my weaving only. Visit their website for more details.

Women's Gifts
Babeville, Buffalo, NY
Saturday, November 15, 10 am - 5 pm

I'm really excited to participate in this show - by women, for women - in their 18th year! A show on the small side, but with lots of variety in medium and price points, a great place to buy holiday gifts. Visit their website for more details.
